Claire McLean - Lead and Backing Vocals
Claire is the newest addition to Aquarius and has been singing for as long as she can remember. As a child, she was a member of the Dunfermline Musical Theatre Company and performed in starring roles up until her teens. Like Kirsten Adamson (Former Aquarius vocalist who also hails from Fife), Claire also took music lessons from classical tutor Robin Gordon.
In her early teens Claire performed with Alex Lawson's Millennium Stars (a lottery funded charity group) and three years later at the age of 16 joined the function band Midnight Blue, with whom she remained with for 10 years. During this time Claire studied at Stirling University and graduated to become a Primary School Teacher.
She is no stranger to the wedding and function circuit and her experience and professionalism shine through at every performance.
